1. Eligibility

You must be at least 10 years old to use the Game.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

Certain features, including real-money purchases and competitions with cash prizes, may require you to be of legal age in your country. We may request proof of age or identity before releasing a prize.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and wallet credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or exploit bugs and glitches.

3. In-game currency and purchases

3.1 Cowries

Cowries are the in-game currency earned through gameplay.

• They have no real-world monetary value.
• They cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for money.
• They may be used only for in-game progression, items and unlocks.

3.2 Real-money purchases

The Game may offer optional purchases, including character gear, runner unlocks, orb packs and event access. Purchases may be made using real currency or supported stablecoins through your connected wallet.

3.3 Fair-play design

Purchases are designed around cosmetics, convenience and progression. Some power-ups may temporarily affect a run, but they do not alter obstacle difficulty or guarantee leaderboard results. Competition-specific item restrictions may be announced where necessary to maintain fair play.

4. Leaderboard competitions and prizes

We may organize competitions offering cash or other rewards. Prize details, eligible ranks and competition duration will be announced in-app or through official channels. We may verify identity and eligibility before awarding prizes, and prizes may be withheld in cases of fraud, cheating or other violations.

• Prizes are distributed within 14 business days.
• Supported prize payment method: USDT.
• Rankings are based on the highest score tracked by our systems.
• Our recorded data is considered final in disputes, subject to applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel competitions, including in response to technical issues, abuse or unforeseen events.

5. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, bots or exploits.
• Manipulate leaderboards or prize outcomes.
• Reverse engineer or extract source code.
• Harass other players or misuse the platform.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse rewards.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination, loss of rewards or prizes, and further action where necessary.

6. Intellectual property

All content in the Game—including characters such as Kesi, items such as the Ember Baton, artwork, music and world design—is owned by Wovenpath Studios or used under an applicable licence.

You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Virtual items

All in-game items, including Cowries, gear and runners, are licensed rather than owned, have no real-world value, and may be modified or removed as the Game evolves, subject to applicable law.

8. Disclaimers

The Game is provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free gameplay or permanent access to any feature or content. Game balance, pricing, systems and features may change over time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wovenpath Studios is not liable for indirect losses arising from lost progress or virtual items, service interruptions, technical issues, purchases or prize distribution.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after an update indicates acceptance of the revised Terms. We will communicate material changes where reasonably possible.
